Living with grown children still at home...

When I grew up you either when to college, graduated, found a job, got married, but you moved out. Now in 2011 I fine more children are still living at home. At least at my house they are: we have my son who will be turning 29 tomorrow. He works for a major airline, but still can't seem to earn or save enough money to be on his own. The company starts employees out at a low wage and gradually gives raises at yearly anniversary dates. My daughter just graduated from college moved home, and has been searching for a job for the past 7 months. No luck with finding a job...so far
